SERVICES
In Sweden, we have come a long way with the recycling of our waste and today more than 99.5% of all waste is recycled in the form of energy, materials or gets new use in the form of reuse. The time for landfills is long gone. But it can be better, not least in terms of recycling of source-sorted material.
Through the mandatory sorting of food waste, all residual waste can be sorted at source in different fractions such as paper, glass, plastic, metal and newspapers. Now we are talking about recycled valuable resources, and waste in its old sense, i. e. something without value is soon passed on to history.
But to fully realize a circular economy requires tailor-made effective solutions and systems for rational management and sorting of what is to be recycled and become new resources.
PPG
We develop and build complete solutions tailored to each location and customer, which means that products and systems are always selected based on the customer's specific and local conditions and wishes. We deliver finished projects where the products / systems are only a part, albeit important in the entire delivery. Based on the customer and the function, we call our way of working PPI Procycla Project Implementation which can be described in the following 6 steps.
In close collaboration with the customer and on site, we map and analyze the project's specific needs and conditions such as land availability, volumes, source-sorted fractions, waste tariffs, municipal requirements for collection conditions, permit issues and municipal contacts, future requirements and needs, accessibility locking system, outdoor environment etc.
Based on the careful needs analysis, we provide proposals for different solutions and their practical, environmental and economic consequences. The latter is described in a savings calculation that thoroughly shows how quickly the investment will be paid for through the reduction in operating and retrieval costs. In most cases, the investment is paid for within 3-5 years and the proposed solution is completely free of charge.
If the customer accepts the proposal and its finances, we prepare a detailed design and schedule that also includes the handling of building permits and other permit issues. We also prepare accommodation information, procure any services and assist in choosing a contractor for collection service of source-sorted material.
A high quality installation is crucial for proper operation and longevity. To guarantee this, we have solid own expertise in waste management and recycling in a broad sense and a network of external experts and competent contractors for installation, maintenance, etc. We work with clear instructions and instructions in combination with self-inspection where the installation is documented in pictures step by step based on ISO 9001: 2025
After the final inspection when the facility is function-checked and approved for use, all documentation is handed over to the customer. At the same time, our warranty commitments are starting to run. If desired, we can also provide support in meetings with users or with contractors who handle the download to instruct and go through the function and instructions.
Regular service and maintenance is a prerequisite for worry-free operation and long service life. Depending on which solution / system is chosen, we produce proposals for complete service agreements linked to our warranty commitments.
PRODUCTS
All our solutions contain carefully selected products and systems of the highest quality with a modern and adaptable design that guarantees a long service life, secure function and low maintenance costs.
Underground container, completely or partially underground, is excellent for medium-sized and larger properties with more users as well as ground containers, which stand on the ground and are easily movable. Depending on the customers needs and number of fractions that shall be source sorted several containers are combined to well-designed recycling stations. The containers/stations require a plot of land and an approved area for crane trucks to operate from when emptying the containers. Use of large containers in the projects often result in a favorable investment calculation with a short pay-back time. In the projects we also manage contacts with authorities for necessary approvals and to get necessary building permits etc., all free of charge.
Modul is a bin cabinet solution made entirely of aluminum that is built together and combined into efficient complete recycling stations with vessel handling. The modules are completely adapted to the property's needs. Suitable for smaller spaces where a crane-emptying solution is not possible, such as courtyards and smaller plots. Smart bins are the next generation product for waste collection in urban environments and commercial areas where large volumes and capacity is required like in parks, town square and malls. The technology is based on that the waste is compressed in a waste bin inside the Smart Bin for easy emptying and minimizing transportation. If used outdoor the Smart Bin is solar powered and wireless connected for monitoring of needs for emptying and function.
Tailor-made elevator solutions for properties with bin based collection and often located in properties with limited space on ground floors and basements or with staircases. The lifts fulfill all work environment requirements for bin transports from recycling/waste rooms to the emptying vehicle. This kind of solution is often a built-in in connection with the introduction of food waste sorting and/or in the transition from a waste bag-based solution to a bin-based recycling/waste solution. The Sisab lifts are developed and manufactured in Sweden and are based on unique Swedish patented technology that means high reliability, quality, and low maintenance costs.

Procycla AB is a newly started company with the business idea of being specialists in designing and building modern turnkey solutions for recycling and waste management.
We have worked with idea since 2015 in another organisation, but we have now taken the step of developing our business idea further and fully together with our partners and customers in our own company.

På alla entreprenadarbeten lämnar vi 5 år garanti och vi jobbar alltid i enlighet med ABT, (Allmänna Bestämmelser Totalentreprenader) dvs det i byggbranschen allmänt vedertagna regelverket för totalentreprenader.
PPG, Procycla Projekt Genomförande, är vårt eget projektledningssystem för våra totalåtaganden där vi tar ansvarar för och arbetar med allt från behovsanalys till installation och driftsättning, från ax till limpa.
Vi ser till att hantera alla tillståndsfrågor vilket omfattar att alla lagar och regler som gäller för avfall och återvinning samt för byggprojekt följs. En vanligt förekommande fråga är om bygglov krävs och i så fall hantera bygglovet. Andra frekvent förekommande frågor är kring abonnemang och placering av stationer etc.
Alla våra produktpartners är nordiska företag som också designar och tillverkar produkterna i Norden. För oss är det avgörande att produkterna har skandinavisk design och bästa kvalitet och funktion. På så sätt blir livslängden lång och livslängdskostnaden låg.
Vad vi menar med framtidssäkrade lösningar är lösningar som är förberedda för framtida krav och behov. Det kan exempelvis vara framtida regler och lagar eller utökning av kapacitet eller antal fraktioner. Ändringar i abonnemang eller tariffer etc.
Våra serviceavtal är upplagda specifikt beroende på vilka lösningar som genomförts. Gemensamt är dock att målsättningen är att tillse att lösningen/produkterna fungerar optimalt över tid för brukarna och att eventuella problem skall identifieras tidigt och innan fel uppstår. För vissa system som för våra hissar kan de kombineras med förlängda garantier.
Kommunerna skall från och med 2023 kunna erbjuda hämtning av separat utsorterat matavfall i speciella kärl från alla verksamheter och hushåll i kommunen. Detta innebär också att många kommuner subventionerar hämtning av matavfall genom att totaltaxan blir lägre för de som sorterar ut matavfallet.
Restavfall är det avfall som blir kvar efter matavfallet sorterats ut ur hushållsavfallet (blandat avfall). Se också utsorterat matavfall.
Källsorterat material är avfallsfraktioner som papper och plastförpackningar, glas, metall, kartong, tidningar etc. som sorterats ut och separerats vid källan dvs av brukarna. Källsortering och återvinning är grunden i en cirkulär ekonomi med materialåtervinning.
Från och med 2024 har kommunerna ansvaret att erbjuda hämtning av källsorterade fraktioner från verksamheter och hushåll antingen i egen regi eller med hjälp av entreprenörer. Jämför också matavfallinsamling.
Farligt avfall är avfall som måste separeras från annat avfall pga. giftighet och påverkan på liv och hälsa. Exempel är färg, lösningsmedel, flytande bränslen och oljeprodukter, tryckimpregnerat trä, asbest, batterier, ljuskällor, bekämpningsmedel, glykol etc. etc.
En återvinningsstation är en station privat i exempelvis en brf eller ett förtag eller publik/kommunal där man kan lämna källsorterade fraktioner som kartong, glas, metall, pappers och plastförpackningar etc.
